Shipping and delivery
Do you ship outside Canada?
Yes. We ship across Canada and to the United States, and quote other countries on request. Tell us your destination and we will include shipping in your quote.
Who pays import duties?
Import duties and local taxes are paid by the buyer. We supply the export documents your customs broker needs.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Ontario usually arrive in 3 to 7 business days. Overseas shipments by sea usually take 3 to 8 weeks, depending on the port. Every quote confirms your delivery date.
Orders and equipment
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum depends on the equipment and destination, and every quote states the minimum that applies.
What warranties come with the equipment?
Panels typically carry a 25-year performance warranty and inverters 10 years or more, depending on the manufacturer. We register every warranty for you and handle any claims.
How do I get a quote?
